At Pulsar Online Headshop, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used vaporizers or glass accessories cannot be returned once they have been operated.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and photos of the unused product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely Package Your Item

  Place the electronic device and all original accessories back into their original box, ensuring the package is padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the item back to our inspection facility for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians confirm the item is in new condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
